OY! Were you pregnant in that heat? This past weekend I was in 100 degree weather and NO JOKE I kept thinking I was going to pass out. And my shirt was always sweat drenched. It was super attractive!!!

I was totally pregnant in the heat, it gets hotter too. Last summer was the  first summer where the heat actually made me feel sick in a long time. I ended up on bed rest around 11 weeks so that was a good excuse to stay inside and be in the AC though.

Make sure that you drink lots of water and try not to linger outside longer than you have to!
